tripping to ipoh day 1

Image
good morning cyberia! :) i've just getting back from 4 days trip to ipoh and melacca. here's the report. hehe. i separate it to 2 postings because i don't want it to be too long to read. so here's the first, ipoh trip. there're 9 of us going to ipoh. we took taxi from our place to bukit jalil bus terminal. since there are 9 of us, we took 3 taxis (RM9 each). our bus is on 8.30 in the morning, so we had to be there at least 30 minutes before to change the online booking ticket to the real ones (RM18.40 each). then we're enjoying our more or less 2.5 hours ride to ipoh. extra time to sleep since none of us got enough sleep the night before. hehe. arriving there, we bought our ticket to melacca (RM33 each). then we're heading to our hotel, hotel lotte. not really far from the bus terminal but we have to take a ride there. we booked one family room for 9 people. should be for 4 people only but we're students with budget and fun to be enjoyed :P hotel lotte m...

mamma mia!

have just watched this movie. great scenery view. i like the story but don't like the character of Sophie. basically don't like too naive and itty witty girl character like that. well, i can say that it's about Dona's story to find her long lost love, and Sophie's story to finally find out what she wants, instead of settling down on the island without seeing the world. it tells us about a strong boundary between a mom and a daughter. well, that's good. but i don't know something is too naive in this movie. but the ending is good. :) this is the church Sophie and Sky were about to get married. the scene on the movie is much better than this pic. hehhehe..really nice view from the front door of the church :) well, i've just getting back to cyberia after having 4 days trip to ipoh and melacca. pretty much knocked down because one of my friends was catching cold. so the virus was spreading among us. and i don't feel really well now. hikx. hope i'm ge...

Going to Koh Lipe

Image
Ko Lipe, Thailand so, me and my friend had just talking about spend few days in thailand for the next year around february. we either wanna go to koh li pe (pattaya beach) or krabi. not a final answer, we're still counting the budget. Ko Lipe (Thai: เกาะหลีเป๊ะ) is an island in Satun Province , near the Tarutao National Marine Park , on the Andaman (west) coast of the south of Thailand . Ko Lipe is outside of the jurisdiction of Tarutao National Park , and as such is exempt from certain laws prohibiting development. The island is home to about 500 Chao Ley, or Sea Gypsies, who were given a grant to half of the island and live in small villages, predominantly around the far east side of the island near Sunrise Beach. The name "Ko Lipe" means "Paper Island" in the local Chao Ley language. Ko Lipe Trave Guide from Wiki Travel We can go to Langkawi then take a ferry to koh li pe. the flight duration is 1 hour, so does the ferry. it's actually well known ...

KL day trip

Image
yesterday, me and my friends went to kl. here's the weather report ;P here's the first thing we had after got off the bus. durian puff! nyummy! and it's not expensive at all. the shop is near reggae bar, just around the corner. nyumnyum~ well, after running through the rain, we tried this fish porridge inside china town. it's said to be famous. usually you'll be given raw fish, put it inside the porridge, and it'll be done and tastes so fresh. but we didn't have that yesterday, the fish is already inside the porridge, i think it's because they're about to close and it's rainy day, kinda hard to carry few bowls running through the rain. the place to eat is around 10 meters from the restaurant. it tastes good, especially because it's raining. :D RM5 per bowl. 2nd lunch round. mix beef noodle soup. it's also located near the china town. it's quite hard to give direction. anyway, it tastes so good. maybe the best noodle soup i have ever t...
