the mysterious benedict society and the perilous journey

i have just finished this book this afternoon. after..around 1 week. hehe..this is the second book of the series, and it's better than the first one. i don't know if it's the translation or the story itself and the characters are growing so good. but yes, it's a good book. i can't even stop reading it when the clock stroke 3am last night. hehehe..

the main characters are still 4 amazing kids : reynie, sticky, kate and constance. they're all a bit grown up now. constance is 3,5 years old now and she's still my fave character among the rest. her character is growing so great day after days..

the book tells that mr benedict prepared a surprise journey for them in their reunion. but something bad happened to him, related to his twin brother. so once again, the children have to save him and save the world again. so the journey began. they followed mr benedict's hints that brought them into a cruise ship, train, and unnamed island.

as usual the ending may seem too easy. but the whole adventure before it is enough for me. even the ending isn't as epic as i hope, but it always has a nice soft one. and i can't wait to read the 3rd book. :D quite a long time that i didn't have quality time reading a novel with a cup of tea. that felt so good ;)
