so this is my assignment 1 semester ago. it's a short movie starring my friends as the talents. hehe. it's about one girl who's walking down the street. she met many people. she felt many things. some she liked. sometimes she's hurt. until in the end of the road, when she met someone she's been dreaming of, someone she's saved the last dance for. :)

so yeah, this is what i have been doing for almost one week. and finally it's almost over now! yay! hehe..but i still have one interactive portfolio to be done. well, a lot of works but i hope everything will be just fine in the end. so that's a html website. i like the design but some may say it's too packed. hehee..well, i'm taking a day off today. gotta rest after all the pressure :)

so we have to make one showreel for multimedia class. this is what i come out with. it's actually my friend's idea to make stop motion, because at first i wanna make an animation for it. he said why do you have to make it harder, let's try something easier. so then he and another friend of mine helped me doing this video. have to shoot frame by frame one by one. sometimes it's kinda confusing to create the movement or transitions inside it, but in the end we made it yay! when i checked the results after that, there're few mistakes on them. not focus, blur, etc. but after i edited and put the song together, it looks nice! hahaha. i like it so much! :) will show my lecture next week. hope he's fine with it too. maybe have to edit it once again, but later. hahaha..happy for it! :)

this is what we've been doing for the past 1 month. it's the first assignment this semester, redesign premier tissue box. to make the brand looks more exclusive and also to make it recyclable or reusable for 5 years. it's group project, my group has 4 people inside it with me as the leader. our concept is to make premier tissue to be there in every moment of your life. as our big theme is reception, every one of us handle one occasion from baby shower, children birthday party, prom night, and wedding. we're using reusable way, the tissue box then can be folded into a frame. so people won't straightly throw it away after it's finished. today is the submission of the boxes and photo shooting for products. here's our group work :) like it like it :D

so hi! the book's finally out! i'm so happy to see it coming down the road, finally! :D i was collaborating with my friend, Ryu Tri. She's a children book writer back in Indonesia. it's a bilingual children picture book about a fairy name Pelota who thinks that the sun hates her, but the sun isn't :) I made the illustrations while the story was made by Ryu. you can find it at Gramedia bookstore Jabodetabek and Bandung for Rp 22.000. so yayyyyyyy! i finally see the book cover of my collaboration with ryu! :D it's published by talikata publishing in indonesia. it's still in the book fair but it'll be distributed to gramedia jabodetabek soon :D can't waitttttt!!!! well, it was, at first, my college project. i decided to make a children picture book. i asked my friend, ryu tri (she's a children book author in indonesia) to make the story and i'd make the illustration. i was doing the whole thing within 1 week with no proper sleep at all and can't concentrate with any other project than this. so, it was 1 full of dedicated week. hehe. when i finished it, it's like i won something so precious like 500 meters sprint (i hate running). so you can imagine how happy i was. haha. relieved too :P i showed my friend the final result and she loved it so much. i asked her whether we should publish it in real life or not. she said she'd show it to her boss. the boss likes it. so here we are :D i...

hi, few weeks ago i discover this website : http://www.tigerprint.uk .com . they're actually a design company who's working on greeting card, pattern design, bit of art craft design field. it's kinda hard to explain because there's no such thing around here. but i get what they're doing. and it's something i really love! a lot! there are more that are like them in uk, migod, i really wanna jump up there to get work in any company like that. totally amazing. :D and this company offers a placement through competition. the winner will have around 2 weeks of placement in their company. it's really interesting and exciting opportunity. if i get that, migod, i can't really complain about anything. haahahah. :P the latest competition is to create mother's day classic design. i join it. :D i like my design. but comparing to others, i don't know. they make something good too. but there's nothing wrong with trying. hehehe. you can find all the entries...

i'm not in my best condition. physically and mentally. oh crap. in the very exact time when i have a lot of things to do. migod. i can't even finish the website mock up today. don't even know what to do and how to do it. clever girl. rasanya pingin loncat2 di atas trampolin..eh tpi ga bisa. sakit perut. argh! yes i'm having my period. so excuse me for some stupid things i will say and do. well, this is what i have been doing for the last 1 week. i'm currently chasing the self directed for my self promo. i'm collaborating with my friend, ryu. she's a writer back in Indonesia. she makes the story and i make the illustrations. trust me, making a book is a long long long long journey. i have spent 3 days in sum making the raw illustrations only. then 4 hours to touch up and colour each illustration. i made 12 illustrations for the content, imagine how long i have spent to make it happen? oh not including the cover. not yet. *frustrating* here's a sneak peak....

tuesday already. am waiting for thursday to go to tioman. hehehe. was working on few things recently. made illustration for 45 magazine. it's done by yesterday ;) love how it looks anyway. heheheh. it's kinda different with my usual style, but yeah i love it in the end. hehehehe. having internship at surfer girl taught me a lot ;) another thing is my sister's company logo. it's small business she wants to start. haven't really reach the final logo but i don't think it'll change too much. hehe. it's actually good to have something to do during the holiday. :P never enjoy long holiday. :P now..what to do? (again)

yayyy! i'm done with this semester. hahahaha. have had my presentation, submitted the report, the draft, and the cd. so it's time for another holiday!! hahahah..it's time to continue my holiday i mean :P this whole semester was like a long long holiday. with 3 weeks of interruption, making report and everything. but yeah it's done!! :D and the lecture seemed to like my work. yihay! hihiiiii~ happy happy syalalalaaaaa yeee~ everyone's hitting reggae bar right now. about i mean. but yeah..i'm not at my best condition to join them. so let's act like a good girl and stay at home. hahahahaahah~

yay! my report is finally ready! hehehehe. the total page is 152 without the front and back cover. hehe. quite satisfied with this one *wink2. thx to the great time i had during my internship. that helps me getting my mood together when it's scattered. hehehehe. will print it tomorrow..hope i'll find the place to print. heheh. kinda hard to find a place to do the hard cover..humm~ dan mudah2an nanti murah. hahaha. ngarep de finnn.. here's the cover of my report anyway..i made the illustration, scanned it, then touched up a little bit in photoshop, live trace in illustrator, and colored it back in photoshop. didn't expect it turned to be something like this. but yes, i love it soooo much! :D the inspiration came from my room's door in bali. it's a great hand-work! seriously! here's my newest wish list : THE GARDEN OF EYE CANDY. It's another book produced by Bigbros Workshop. i believe it's available here in malaysia. gotta got the book one day. hehehe...

This is the latest assignment i've done. this is for graphic design class. we have to make sustainable packaging for certain products. we can choose the products anyway. i choose to make bakery packaging. the material is from clothes, the first one is cotton and the other i forget..either linen..or something. hehe.this is the final result. =) kinda pleased with the result. except some glue marks on the box. hehe. i gave it to tailor to sew because i never know how to do it right. and don't have enough patien to learn. wekeekk~ but my lecture seemed like not happy about the fact. haiz..whatever she wants to think..-.-" so..enjoy everyone =)

these are my old works from foundation semester 2. i've just found it on my friendster. hehehhe. enjoy =) this is a newsletter. it's for design studies class. we have to create newsletter with typeface as its theme. i chose futura. it's simple, readable, and just looks so nice. =) after i made this newsletter, i officially use futura as my favourite typeface for texts. =) my fave : futura light. hhhehehehe we had to create 3 columns newsletter because my lecture said it's more difficult and tricky. ehm. maybe. i haven't tried two columns. hehhehe. this is another assignment. we had to make comic. and here's mine. i made it with pencil colour and put outline using artline. quite pleased with the result ^^v

this is previous assignments for typography. i'm in the mood uploading my artworks, so enjoy. =) here is my typography poster assignment. we have to create a series of typeface based on 1 art movement. my art movement is cubism. it reconstructs the objects and put it back with kind of unique and different ways. like creating the 3d object into 2d object. so here is the result. the first one is the complete typeface. i made them one by one in photoshop and printed them and coloured them. woaaa..a hard work those days. hehee. the 2nd picture. we have to apply the typeface into a quote from famous figure during the art movement. so i choose Pablo Picasso with his quote "I paint things as i think them, not as I see them". Happy with the result! yayyyy! ^^

here are my final project for photography subject. i did advertising photography for IKEA. since i love this brand so much for it simplicity and straight forward message. basically it eases me to do all things. hehhehee. the message i wanna tell is not only 'buy the IKEA products' but 'change your own home into something much more better, and you can get it in IKEA'. the tagline is 'Yes, it could be better'. IKEA makes its product to be affordable with eveyrone, so it's not only a dream to have good furnishings in your own home. not only maybe the second handed furnishings that doesn't really look good, or some old furnishings that actually can be replaced with the new one without spending too much money. =) i shoot everything by my own self using my Nikkon d40x. it's an indoor shooting. i make the obejcts by myself. it's made of something thicker than artcard, illustration board or something. hehee. forgot the name. =) so here is the results...^...

today is the presentation for the typobook. hehehe. finally it's done!! yeyyy! after a very long journey XD it's done!! heheheheh. this book talks about dingbats. the basic - intermediate information about it and how you can play around with it to have something nice by just one type. heheehe. quite love the design but when it comes to the final outcome, oh gosh...as usual the colours change. and i can't do anything about that T_T and i spent RM250 to print the book. yeheeyyy! and have to bind it by my ownself. thx God Aaron said the construction is okay ^^v i can't upload everything here..soo...just enjoy some pages. XD some images are pixelated. i don't know why. T_T i did in photoshop and drag it to indesign and suddenlyyyyy~ it's pixelated.
