walking down melacca day 2

the next morning me and my friends went to church. it's Christmas! yay! :D the church is near our guest house so we walked there. after the service, we had free breakfast. look how near it is. i still can see the church clearly when i had breakfast.

st. francis xavier church

after packing back our things, we checked out from the guest house and walked down the jonker street again. well, few of my friends were still preparing their things, so i went to jonker street with one of my friends and her brother. we tried a new route to jonker walk, by the river side. and it's totally a more convenience way to reach jonker street. we don't have to cross any road and deal with vehicles. plus, the view is quite good ;) we walked around jonker walk, not in the main route. i found many great buildings. wihiiii~ great!

riverside walk

mighty gate. i don't know what' inside but the entrance is great

i forget what's the name of this cake. humm..something like nastar in indonesia

after walking down the jonker street and had lunch and few shopping, we went to museum samudra. it's also near the jonker street. it's a replica of old ship with a museum inside the ship. interesting. RM3 per person to enter this museum.

stairs inside the museum. there's also a replica of their prison

and few mini replicas of old types of ship. interesting :D

me at the top of the ship. the sun was fucking hot and the wind was fucking strong fyuh!

ended up having a break and a glass of fresh watermelon juice at jonker walk

it was a really sun striking day. we went back to the hotel since we had to catch bus at 4. it's a really tiring walk going back to the hotel. we're waiting for the guest house van to take us to the bus terminal. the terminal is around 30 minutes. thx God we didn't miss the bus. hehe.

well, i like melacca. there're many sites to see and many buildings to be enjoyed. a lot of snacks too around the street. hahaha. nice to have such a great trip! ;)
